Four men were prosecuted for suspected intentional injury and provoking disturbances after beating homeless people to death

Beijing Morning Post reporter learned yesterday, Feng Mou and other four people on suspicion of intentional injury, picking quarrels and provoking trouble were prosecuted, the city's second Middle court accepted the case.
According to the charges, at 3:00 on May 20, 2015, Feng Mou accoached and argued with Zhou Mou, a 49-year-old male homeless person staying here, in the underground passage in front of Huaguan Happy City Gate, Xingfang Street, Fangshan District. After that, he and his companions Hao Mou and Pan Mou punched and kicked Zhou Mou's head, face and waist and abdomen, and then left the scene.
In the early morning of the next day, the three Feng and Du came to the underground passage and beat Zhou. Among them, Feng punched and kicked Zhou's head, face, waist and abdomen, and brandised his head with a plastic bottle; Du will Zhou fell to the ground, to its head, waist and abdomen boxing, kicking; Pan kicked Zhou on the body. It was identified that Zhou was hit by blunt force repeatedly on the head and face causing craniocerebral injury and death.
The prosecution held that Feng, Du and Pan intentionally hurt others and caused death, Hao beat others at will, the circumstances were bad, the criminal facts were clear, and the evidence was indeed sufficient, Feng, Du and Pan should be investigated for criminal responsibility for intentional injury, and Hao should be investigated for criminal responsibility for picking quarrels and provoking trouble. At present, the case is under further trial.
