Chemical light oil is an important raw material for the production of ethylene products. After the major restoration of the chemical plant, the daily output of ethylene reached a record high, and the cumulative output exceeded 100,000 tons per month. Aiming at the opportunity for the chemical plant to produce more cracking raw materials and record ethylene production, the refining Division gave full play to the advantages of increasing production and efficiency after the successful operation of the overhaul device, increased the distribution of chemical light oil to ensure the full load production of the atmospheric and vacuum equipment, and the average daily mixing capacity of the three sets of atmospheric and vacuum equipment exceeded 4,000 tons, providing a guarantee for increasing the production of chemical light oil.

In order to ensure the safe storage and transportation of chemical light oil, the oil loading workshop strictly implements the dispatching instructions when receiving the oil, and takes adequate protective measures according to the requirements. The hydrogen sulfide detector is carried in and out of the tank area, the air breathing apparatus is used for dehydrating and testing tanks, and one person is operated and monitored by one person to ensure the personal safety of the operators who contact with hydrogen sulfide. At the same time, in order to ensure that oil products continue to be transported to the chemical equipment, the oil loading workshop strengthens communication with the upstream production equipment, speeds up the reception, dehydration, analysis and delivery of chemical light oil, and actively contacts the chemical branch, once there is a pipeline transportation task, the first time to change the process, go all out, race against the clock, full power, With special pumps, special lines and side to side to send the oil safety, efficiency, delivery factory, never delay the production of chemical equipment.
