At present, the company has produced and sold 1840 tons, achieving sales revenue of 8.584 million yuan. Compared with the previous two generations of products, the product not only simplifies the production process, further reduces the production cost, but also has the quality advantage of good shape and uniform hardness.

The patent steel chemical composition ratio is reasonable, does not add Mo, Nb, Ni and other precious alloys, by increasing the content of C, Mn, V and other alloying elements, resulting in fine crystal strengthening and precipitation precipitation strengthening effect, so that the pearlite + ferrite structure of steel under air cooling conditions to meet the hardness requirements of plastic die steel, alloy cost decreased significantly. The "converter + continuous casting + continuous rolling" process eliminates the heat treatment equipment usually used for pre-hardened plastic die steel, saves manufacturing costs, shortenes the production cycle, and has the characteristics of low cost, simple process and stable product performance.
