Observation 1: "Sports +" drives a new wave of consumption
In Taiyuan, Shanxi, the training courses of a swimming chain training institution are very full every day, and children learn the essentials of swimming styles one after another.
"This year is the Olympic year, and Chinese swimmers have broken the world record again. Infected by this, everyone is very enthusiastic about learning swimming." The head of the institution said that since August, the number of customers who have come to the store for consultation and registration has increased a lot compared with previous years.
August 8 this year is the 16th "National Fitness Day", which coincides with the Paris Olympics. Popular events such as swimming and table tennis have not lost their attention, and emerging projects such as rock climbing and BMX have become more popular, bringing "sports +" consumption to various places.
In Beijing, Shanghai and other places, sports venues are hotly booked and restaurants' "watching packages" are popular; in Yiwu International Trade City, Zhejiang, all kinds of sports goods are in great demand; on major online shopping platforms, athletes' same hairpins and tennis skirts continue to sell well...
The "sports fever" has ignited a fire for the "night economy". Watching games, visiting night markets, eating supper, enjoying night tours... The "new night state" of the bustling city has released new vitality for the integration of culture, sports, commerce and tourism.
"Beer with chicken racks is really amazing, it's worth coming to Shenyang this time!" At the first Shenyang Snow International Beer Festival, in addition to more than 100 kinds of beer and various special snacks, there were also wonderful light shows and water song and dance performances. After on-site yield measurement, the average per-acre yield of this farmland reached 814.50 kilograms.
Tang Chunhai, deputy director of the Yibin Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said that we have seized the farming season to promote the harvesting work. At present, we have completed the harvesting task of 5.5 million mu of autumn grain, accounting for about 90% of the total area of autumn grain in the city. The next step will be to coordinate with relevant departments to do a good job in subsequent storage and sales to help farmers increase production and income.
Autumn grain accounts for three-quarters of China's total grain output. According to the agricultural situation dispatch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the area of autumn grain this year has increased steadily compared with the previous year, and the growth of crops is generally normal.
After the beginning of autumn, grain crops in various parts of China have entered the harvest season. In the vast land of Northeast China, golden wheat waves roll with the wind. The harvest period of 30,000 mu of organic wheat of Beidahuang Group Red Star Farm Co., Ltd. has arrived as scheduled, and large-scale operating machinery is roaring and shuttling through the wheat fields.
"Depending on the weather conditions, we adopt the operation method of cutting and drying before threshing, so that the wheat can fully absorb the nutrients in the straw and effectively improve the maturity of the grains." said Wang Qiang, deputy general manager of the company's agricultural development department.

We must always tighten the string of food security and firmly hold the rice bowl of the Chinese people.
Observation 3: Taking new steps towards "green"
In the precision injection molding workshop of Jomoo Group, several automatic handling robots shuttle between the workshop and the warehouse. The robotic arm on the injection molding machine is equipped with an infrared camera to automatically grab materials.
"Before the green transformation, each injection molding machine had to be equipped with LED lighting, and at least hundreds of them were installed on a production line." Yang Zhiyang, manager of the core component factory of the Jomoo Group, said, "Now the "robots" do not need light to work, and this alone can save 1,000 kWh of electricity a day. Not only that, a 4.5-megawatt photovoltaic panel is installed on the roof of the factory, and the factory's daytime electricity consumption is basically self-sufficient."
Industry is a key area for green transformation. In recent years, Fujian Province has vigorously promoted the construction of a green manufacturing system, and has built 12 national green industrial parks, 32 green supply chain management companies, and 230 green factories.
Promoting green and low-carbon economic and social development is a key link in achieving high-quality development. The "Opinions on Accelerating the Comprehensive Green Transformation of Economic and Social Development" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council was announced to the public on August 11, and top-level design and system deployment of comprehensive green transformation were carried out.

Observation 4: Foreign trade exports show new vitality
Flower trade is particularly busy around the traditional festival "Chinese Valentine's Day". In a factory in the Kunming area of the China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, staff are sorting and packing flowers according to standards such as flower heads, leaves, length, and harvest degree.
"Flowers shipped by air are shipped the day before, and foreign customers can receive them the next day." Liu Kening, head of Yunnan Ye Shun Technology Co., Ltd., said that in the first eight months of this year, the company's hydrangea export orders have doubled compared with the whole of last year.
The holiday flower market used to be "popular" only in China, but now exports are also "fragrant". Data shows that from August 1 to August 25, the customs supervision and inspection of Kunming Changshui Airport released 455 tons of fresh cut flowers for export, with a value of 16.2 million yuan, an increase of 24.5% and 28.4% year-on-year respectively.
A relevant person in charge of the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce said that cultivating new momentum for foreign trade is a proactive action to comply with market rules and international demand, and the way is to deepen international cooperation and support and encourage innovation in the supply chain.
