For all kinds of educational toys and student supplies purchased in a centralized manner, a "double review" responsibility system should be established to ensure the quality, safety and health of the first pass. Education supervision departments should carry out regular supervision, report problems in time, and study and solve them in a timely manner.

The circular requires that education administrative departments and schools should regularly organize targeted publicity activities to let students correctly identify and consciously reject dangerous and harmful toys, so that they do not buy, carry or play.
