By the end of 2020, the province will prohibit the production and sale of disposable foamable plastic tableware, disposable plastic cotton swabs, and prohibit the production of daily chemical supplies containing plastic microbeads. By the end of 2022, the province-wide ban on the sale of daily chemical products containing plastic microbeads.

The "plan" is clear that on the use of non-degradable plastic bags, by the end of 2020, the shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores and other places in the urban built-up area of Guiyang City, as well as food packaging takeout services and various exhibition activities are prohibited from using, and the use of the market is standardized and restricted. By the end of 2022, the scope of implementation will be expanded to all prefecture-level and above urban built-up areas. By the end of 2025, market markets in these areas will be banned.

On the use of disposable plastic tableware, by the end of 2020, the province-wide catering industry will prohibit the use of non-degradable disposable plastic straws; The use of non-degradable disposable plastic tableware is prohibited in the catering services of built-up areas and scenic spots in cities above the prefecture level. By the end of 2022, the use of non-biodegradable disposable plastic tableware will be banned in sit-down dining services in built-up areas and scenic spots in counties. By the end of 2025, the consumption intensity of non-degradable disposable plastic tableware in food and beverage takeout in cities above prefecture level will be reduced by 30 percent.

On the use of disposable plastic products in hotels, by the end of 2022, star-rated hotels, hotels and other places in the province will no longer take the initiative to provide disposable plastic products. By the end of 2025, the scope of implementation will be expanded to all hotels, hotels and homestays in the province.

In terms of the use of express plastic packaging, by the end of 2022, the use of non-degradable plastic bags, disposable plastic woven bags, plastic tape and other packaging materials in the province's postal express outlets will be significantly reduced, and relevant alternative products will be effectively promoted. By the end of 2025, the province-wide postal express outlets will prohibit the use of non-degradable plastic bags, plastic tape, disposable plastic woven bags, etc.
