Recently, the reporter came to Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park in Dongzhuang Town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, and saw that the park was in full swing. Here, three projects, including Yongrong Technology Caprolactam, Zhongjin New Materials Polyamide 6, and Sankeshu High-tech Materials Comprehensive Industrial Park Phase I, have been put into production; Yongrong New Materials Carbon Three Resource Comprehensive Utilization, Dakai New Materials Water-based Ink and Environmentally Friendly Recycled Functional Polyester Materials, Saixian New Materials Company Recycled Functional Fiber Production Line Project and Shimen'ao Operation Area No. 6, No. 9, No. 11 Berths and other projects are being planned...Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park has attracted a number of leading enterprises such as Yongrong Technology, Huafeng Huajin, and Shandong Dongming to settle down, with a cumulative investment of more than 70 billion yuan, and has begun to take shape. Industrial scale.
Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park is the core bearing area for Putian City to build a national-level new functional materials industry cluster of 100 billion yuan. In recent years, Putian City has relied on Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park to radiate Dongjiao Industrial Park, Dongwu Industrial Park and Fengting Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, and continuously optimize the spatial layout of "one core and three parks". According to statistics, the added value of Putian's new functional materials industry increased by 10.4% year-on-year last year, and the added value of industry in the first quarter of this year increased by 24.4% year-on-year.
A drop of "oil" to a strand of "silk"
From food, clothing, housing and transportation to aerospace, caprolactam is everywhere and is the "lifeline" of raw materials for nylon enterprises. The CPL integrated project under Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the largest bases for the production of caprolactam in a single factory in China. Recently, the reporter came to the factory area of Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd. and saw a busy scene in the central control room. The control personnel divided the work and cooperated, and managed the caprolactam integrated project intelligently through the huge display on the wall. The company uses the world's leading Emerson digital intelligent production control system to make the production process in the factory visible in real time.
"The flexible interaction of the human-machine interface ensures accurate and efficient production." Zhang Xian, Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd., said that with the help of intelligent integrated control systems and equipment, the production control of caprolactam, cyclohexanone, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid, air separation, hydrogen production, power stations, environmental protection facilities, public works and other devices are divided into cabinet rooms, and then the data signals are transmitted to the control center through optical fiber to centrally carry out production process operations and dynamic monitoring.
In the Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, the caprolactam integration project was the first to land. It is one of the 100 "top priority" projects in Fujian Province and the leading project of Putian City to build a national-level new functional material 100 billion industrial cluster. The project has invested 15 billion yuan, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of caprolactam and an output value of about 20 billion yuan. In the second phase project put into production last year, the cyclohexanone unit reached the current maximum single-line production capacity in the industry, with an annual output of 300,000 tons.
Caprolactam is produced from benzene, the basic raw material of petrochemical industry, after refining and separation. The two constitute the production route of benzene-cyclohexene-cyclohexanol-cyclohexanone-cyclohexanone oxime-caprolactam. "We use the fourth-generation hydration method and ammoximation technology, and have two major reaction advantages, namely, cyclohexene hydration to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone ammoximation to cyclohexanone oxime." Ma Yuehong, a technician in the plant, explained that cyclohexene hydration to cyclohexanol saves 33% of hydrogen compared with cyclohexane oxidation technology, and the reaction conditions are mild and less polluting. Cyclohexanone ammoximation to cyclohexanone oxime is the core process of caprolactam production, with a simple process and few by-products. It reduces pollutant emissions by 90% compared with traditional technologies, greatly saving equipment investment and environmental protection investment.
As an organic chemical substance, caprolactam is the raw material source for nylon enterprises to make spinning fabrics. Its main consumption areas are fibers (civilian silk, industrial silk, carpet silk), engineering plastics and food packaging films. It is widely used in electronics, automobiles, ships, daily necessities, aerospace and other industries. It can also be used to produce 6-aminocaproic acid, laurocaprolactone and other drugs. Zhang Xian said that in the future, the interaction with the local footwear and clothing industry in Putian will be strengthened, and the integration and development will be further deepened to help the transformation and upgrading of local traditional industries, while expanding the downstream consumer market.
One chain to an industrial cluster
Not far from the factory of Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd. is the factory of Fujian Zhongjin New Materials Co., Ltd. The two parties are upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. The caprolactam produced by the former is transported to the latter through pipelines to produce polyamide 6. "As far as China is concerned, this is the industrial chain project with the shortest transportation distance from caprolactam to polyamide 6. The upper and lower levels are seamlessly connected, minimizing the intermediate links and reducing the overall cost." Wang Chenyu, the person in charge of the factory of Fujian Zhongjin New Materials Co., Ltd., said.
The reporter learned that the polyamide 6 chip project introduced process technology and advanced equipment from internationally renowned companies to produce differentiated high-tech chemical fibers. The project was built in two phases, of which the second production line of the second phase of the expansion was put into production last year. The annual production capacity of the entire project can reach 470,000 tons, and the output in the first quarter of this year reached more than 80,000 tons, with an output value of more than 1.1 billion yuan.
The Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park is an important part of the "one bay, two districts, and two parks" of the Meizhou Bay petrochemical base in the province. Chen Yakun, head of the Meizhou Bay Shimen'ao Industrial Park Service Center in Putian City, said: "Over the years, relatively complete infrastructure such as water, electricity, gas, roads, and docks have been built here, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of major industrial projects." At present, the berth project in the Shimen'ao operation area of Xiuyu Port is progressing on schedule and is expected to be put into use this year.
The reporter saw at the front line of the recycled functional fiber and supporting project site that the five main factory buildings were in the construction stage of pile foundation, main structure, roof steel structure and other links. The project is invested by Fujian Saixian New Materials Co., Ltd. It will build production lines for bottle flakes washing, polymerization, depolymerization, distillation, centrifugation, spinning, etc. It adopts the world's leading original recycling process technology, and uses polyester materials such as waste bottle flakes and waste textiles as initial raw materials to reprocess them into multifunctional, traceable, and permanently recyclable polyester fibers.
At present, Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, led by Yongrong Technology's caprolactam integration project, has formed an industrial chain from pure benzene as raw material to downstream applications; represented by recycled functional fibers and supporting projects, it is cultivating an industrial chain from waste textiles and waste bottle flakes as raw materials to downstream applications.
"Next, Shimen'ao Chemical New Materials Industrial Park will take propane to propylene and downstream new materials industrial chain projects as a starting point to expand the industrial chain from propane as raw material to downstream applications." Chen Yakun said, "Under the joint action of the three major chains, the 100 billion yuan output value target of the new functional materials industry cluster will be accelerated."
