It is reported that in order to implement the standardization and promotion project of ecological civilization construction, Yunnan Province issued the "Green Electricity Traceability Method for Electricity Trading Users", innovatively applying blockchain technology to trace the power source of electricity consumption enterprises, and accumulated 264.5 billion KWH of green electricity traceability; At the same time, the relevant watt-hour meter calibration and replacement specifications have been formulated, saving 300 million yuan per year, and reducing the consumption of plastics, metals and electronic waste by more than 700 tons. In terms of ecosystem protection standards, China has released 20 local standards for wildlife protection, including the Technical Regulations for Wild rescue of Asian Elephants, and seven local standards related to the Dianchi Basin wetlands.

The cause of national unity and progress has also benefited from standardization. Yunnan has formulated and implemented local standards for the Technical Regulations for the Production and Processing of Ecological Pu 'er Tea, promoting the standardized production of 5.424 million mu of ecological, green and organic tea gardens in the province. In order to build the standard system of "green cloud medicine", 138 group standards have been issued, among which, since the implementation of the standard of 15 characteristic medicinal materials such as "Ten cloud medicine" and Dianhuang Extract, the province has standardized 160,000 mu of cultivation, with an additional output value of 718 million yuan and a profit of more than 57 million yuan.

In the construction of the Southeast Asian and Southeast Asian emission center, Yunnan proactively serves the national strategy, enhances the level of standardization and opening-up, establishes the Yunnan Lancang-Mekong regional common Technology Standardization Technical Committee, and builds the Lancang-Mekong regional standard information sharing service platform, which contains 1,667,100 standard titles and 629,600 standard texts. It has strengthened inter-regional standard information exchange and mutual recognition as well as work exchanges. It is worth mentioning that three Chinese standards for building materials, including waterproof coils, have been converted into national standards in Laos through adaptation studies, and four local standards in Yunnan Province, including the Classification of Seeds and Seedlings of the Essence of Yunnan, have been adopted equally in Laos.

In the field of industrial green transformation and upgrading, Yunnan focuses on the high-end development of the service industry, the upgrading of industrial chain and supply chain, and highlights the secondary recycling of resources such as rare and precious metals. It has participated in the drafting of 16 national standards such as the Energy Consumption Quota of Unit Product in the refining and Chemical Industry. At the same time, it has developed, published and implemented a number of local standards. Focusing on rural revitalization, it has built a modern agricultural standard system, published 1,864 local agricultural standards and 195 group standards, and carried out the work of "leader" in enterprise standards in the flower industry, guiding enterprises to take the initiative to benchmark the international advanced level and formulate enterprise standards stricter than national standards and industry standards. In 2023, the province's standardized flower planting area will reach 1.953 million mu, and the output of fresh cut flowers will reach 18.97 billion, an increase of 17% over the end of 2021.
