Casting plastic are also called cast plastic. They can be injected into the mold cavity or introduced into the mold cavity by other methods. They are liquid resins that form solid products of a fixed shape without pressure or with slight pressure. Plastic products made from them have the characteristics of fluidity and small shrinkage. They contain thermosetting plastic such as formaldehyde, amino, unsaturated polyester and epoxy, and thermoplastic plastic such as polyacrylic phenols and polyphthalamide. Cast nylon and plexiglass casting plates are typical representatives of thermoplastic. They are mostly used to make plates, insulating equipment, gears, pulleys, decorations and other products.
