1. Press the chassis switch button, the switch pin automatically opens and then open the door, introduce the compressed air pipe from the small hole at the bottom of the rear of the chassis, and then insert it into the air pressure regulating valve inlet joint in the chassis.
2. Close the cabinet door, turn on the air source switch to input compressed air, and the machine press plate will automatically rise. According to the size of the packaged object, the thickness of the Vacuum Forming forming sheet and the actual packaging situation, rotate the air pressure regulating valve knob to adjust the air pressure to the appropriate pressure. The greater the air pressure, the faster the press plate presses down, and the greater the pressure. It is generally appropriate to adjust it to 5-8kg/cm2.
3. Insert the machine wire plug into the 220V AC power socket, turn on the machine circuit master, and connect the whole machine circuit.
4. Adjust the thermostat knob, set the required temperature value, turn on the heating switch, and preheat the press plate to the set temperature value.
5. Set the heating time according to the product needs, generally 36~5S.
6. Place the bakelite mold on the turntable, put in the plastic cover and paper card.
7. Turn the turntable to align the mold with the bottom of the press plate, and the press plate will automatically press down. After the heating time is completed, it will automatically rise to complete the packaging.
8. Take out the material and inspect the effect. After repeated adjustment and pressure testing to meet the packaging requirements, the product can be put in for formal packaging production.
