Use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, rust, etc. on the bonding surface, and then wipe it with cleaning agents such as acetone or trichloroethylene to clean the bonding surface.
Unscrew the front cover and use it; the bottle mouth is too large. If there is glue on the bottle mouth, wipe the glue clean with cotton cloth first, and then put on a needle or PE dropper before use, so as to control the flow of glue and ensure the effect of use.
Drop a small drop of adhesive on the bonding surface, and bond it immediately, and keep it until it hardens. The hardening time varies from a few seconds to a few minutes. It can reach practical strength in about 30 minutes, and extremely high strength can be obtained after 24 hours.
Clean the bottle mouth after use, cover the lid and tighten it.
After use, please store the engineering plastic glue in a cool and dry place.
Do not wear woven gloves when using. Engineering plastic glue will quickly undergo polymerization reaction when absorbed by the woven material of gloves. High heat will be generated during the reaction, which will burn your hands. Therefore, please remember not to wear woven gloves when using.
If the eyes are accidentally touched, the glue will be hard after curing and will hurt the eyeballs. Do not rub them with your hands, and immediately rinse with plenty of water or apply warm towels to make the eyelids sweat and open naturally. Do not force them apart. In severe cases, seek emergency treatment at the doctor. Soak in warm soapy water when in contact with the skin, and remove with acetone or HR series glue dissolving agent.
Engineering plastic glue is volatile and irritating. Please keep the workplace ventilated when using it in large quantities.
When there is a large amount of leakage, it can be cured with water and then scraped off.
Put it out of reach of children and avoid direct sunlight.
In order to extend the shelf life of engineering plastic glue, it can be refrigerated.
