It has a strong bonding force with the base material of cement concrete. After being added to the concrete base material and stirred, it automatically opens due to the impact of cement, sand and gravel aggregates. It becomes a single filament or a multi-directionally distributed fiber that entangles each other, forming a random support system inside the concrete. It can effectively control the early plastic shrinkage and settlement cracks of concrete and cement mortar. It greatly improves the impermeability, anti-crushing and impact resistance of concrete, enhances the toughness and wear resistance of concrete, thereby greatly extending the life of the building and greatly reducing the cost of engineering maintenance.
Modified polypropylene fiber is a polypropylene fiber made of polypropylene and a variety of organic and inorganic materials through special composite technology. The product can form a three-dimensional randomly distributed mesh support in concrete, so that the microcracks formed in the early stage of hardening of concrete are blocked during the development process and difficult to develop further. Thereby, the fracture toughness of concrete can be improved, and the crack resistance and anti-seepage performance of concrete can be improved. It is a new ideal material for crack resistance, anti-seepage, wear resistance and thermal insulation of mortar and concrete engineering.
