Plastic defoaming masterbatch is also called plastic desiccant, dehumidification masterbatch, and water-absorbing masterbatch. It is widely used in the production process of plastic products such as injection molding, wire drawing, film blowing, and tube drawing.
Plastic defoaming masterbatch is suitable for all kinds of enterprises that use PE and PP recycled plastics to produce products. The trace moisture contained in the raw materials has a very serious impact on the production of plastic products. Therefore, enterprises generally use drying equipment to dry the plastics, which is a great waste of energy and manpower and increases the cost of the products.
When using this masterbatch, just add it to the raw materials without any adjustment to the production process of the product, and all problems such as bubbles, moire, cracks, spots, etc. caused by moisture can be eliminated. It has no adverse effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the product, saves time and electricity, improves production efficiency, and reduces costs. The masterbatch is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, and harmless to the human body.
Directly mix this masterbatch with the damp plastic raw material and evenly, and then the product can be processed and produced. If used in blow molding production, the addition ratio is 1.0% to 4.0%; if used in sheet and injection molding production, the addition ratio is 2% to 5%; the specific addition ratio should be determined by the user according to the moisture condition of the plastic.

1. Avoid moisture absorption before using this masterbatch;
2. It is best to use it immediately after mixing;
3. Do not heat and dry it together with damp plastic to avoid poor quality during processing;
4. Check whether the package is intact before opening it, and heat-seal the unused masterbatch as soon as possible.
Store in a neat, ventilated, dry, cool and clean place. The masterbatch package is not allowed to be damaged or stored openly, and avoid exposure to sunlight and rain.
The outer packaging is a paper-plastic composite packaging bag, and the inner packaging is a plastic packaging bag. The net weight of each bag is 25 kg, of which the inner packaging is divided into 5 small bags, each of which is 5 kg. Or use a carton with 5 bags inside, each bag is 5 kg, and vacuum packaging.
