PTFE is a fully fluorinated crystalline thermoplastic.
Polytetrafluoroethylene, referred to as PTFE, has a molecular formula of ¡ª[CF2£½CF2]¡ªn. It is a fully fluorinated crystalline thermoplastic with a white resin color. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, low friction and wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high electrical strength, non-stick, weather resistance and other properties and good physical and mechanical properties. It is widely used in various industries. Teflon film is used in the electronics industry, especially in the flat panel display industry. It is widely used as a consumable material, such as TFT-LCD, COG, SMT, PDP, etc. In the processing and production process, its mechanism of action is that when the ACF-Bonding hot press uses heat and pressure to stick the driver IC to the glass, the Teflon film can play a role in high temperature resistance and impact resistance, preventing glass breakage caused by PCB step difference and particles.
Features:
1. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances do not adhere to Teflon coating. Very thin films also show good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent heat and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300¡æ for a short time, and can generally be used continuously between 240¡æ and 260¡æ. It has significant thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle and does not melt at high temperatures.
3. Sliding property: Teflon coating has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
4. Moisture resistance: The surface of Teflon coating does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to solutions during production operations. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simply wiping. The downtime is short, saving work hours and improving work efficiency.
5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-stick.
6. Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not corroded by drugs and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
