Sports floor is a kind of floor specially developed for sports venues using polyvinyl chloride materials. Specifically, it is made of polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw materials, and is added with fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants and other auxiliary materials. It is produced on a sheet-like continuous substrate through coating process or calendering, extrusion or extrusion process.

2. Stability
1000D glass fiber reinforcement nets and special mesh fiber reinforcement layers are added to the sports floor product structure to ensure the dimensional stability and firmness of this product during exercise, and play an automatic reinforcement role.
3. Firmness
The bottom surface of the sports floor foam layer uses patterns, and the reasonable weight can be combined with the manual rolling roller after the venue is laid out

According to the regulations of the International Badminton Federation, the area within the white line (including the white line) is the court. The area from the white line to the boundary is the outer court, and the facilities outside the boundary are called auxiliary facilities.
(i) Standard badminton court dimensions
A standard badminton court should cover an area of no less than 106.5©O (15 meters long and 7.1 meters wide), of which the standard dimensions of the main court in the marked area are 13.40 meters long, 5.18 meters wide for singles, and 6.10 meters wide for doubles. There should be no obstacles within 2 meters around the court and within 9 meters above it. The color of the court lines should preferably be white, yellow or other easily distinguishable colors. The width of the lines on the court is 4 cm, and all court lines are part of the area they determine.
(ii) Ground
The competition venue generally uses PVC plastic sports flooring, which has moderate elasticity and slipperiness.
(iii) Lighting
The competition should be held in a relatively dark environment around the venue, so the lighting above the venue is crucial. There are two general lighting design and layout methods: one is self-incandescent bulbs, installed above the net posts on both sides of each court; the other is fluorescent lamps, hung parallel to the court sideline and the same length. To avoid interference from natural light, curtains should be hung in the venue, and the illumination requirement on the court should reach 500~750 lux.
(IV) Badminton Net Standard
The badminton net is 6.10 meters long and 76 centimeters wide. It is made of high-quality dark natural or artificial fibers, with a mesh size of 15-20 mm. The upper edge of the net should be sewn with a 75-wide double-layer white cloth (folded in half), and a thin steel wire rope or nylon rope should be passed through the interlayer and firmly hung between the two net posts. The standard net should be tan or grass green. The net post is 1.55 meters high. Whether it is singles or doubles, the two net posts should be placed at the midpoint of the doubles court sideline. During official competitions, the middle upper edge of the net must be 1.524 meters above the ground, and the height of both ends of the net must be 1.55 meters. Both ends of the net must be tied tightly to the net posts, and there should be no gaps between them.
A standard badminton court is a rectangular court with a length of 13.40 meters. The doubles court is 6.10 meters wide and the singles court is 5.18 meters wide. Each line on the court is 4 cm wide, and the measurement should be measured from the outer edge of the line. The boundaries of the court are best drawn in white, yellow or other easily identifiable colors.
International competition regulations stipulate that the minimum space above the entire court is 9 meters. Within this height, there must not be any beams or other obstacles, and there must not be any obstacles within 2 meters around the court. There should be a distance of at least 2 meters between any two parallel courts. The walls around the court should preferably be dark and there should be no wind.
