1. Features:

2. Key points for design selection:
1) This pipe is suitable for indoor and outdoor drainage of buildings or buried drainage. After considering the chemical resistance and temperature resistance of the material, it can also be used for industrial sewage discharge.
2) The buried plastic drainage pipe should be designed according to the theory of flexible pipe (pipe and soil work together). At the same time, the change in the vertical direction of the pipe under the design state shall not be greater than 5% of the pipe diameter.
3) The selection of pipe ring stiffness is an important indicator for plastic pipe design. Therefore, it should be determined based on comprehensive considerations such as the buried depth of the pipe, ground load, the nature and compaction coefficient of the trench backfill soil, and construction load. Blindly adopting high ring stiffness is not economical. For pipelines buried less than 1.0m under the roadway, the impact of pipeline deformation on the road surface should also be considered.
4) Appearance: The inner and outer walls of the pipe should be smooth and flat, and no bubbles, sand holes, cracks, obvious marks, impurities, depressions, uneven color and decomposition discoloration lines are allowed. The pipe port should be flat and perpendicular to the axis. The core layer and the inner and outer skin layers of the pipe should be tightly welded without separation.
5) Specifications and dimensions: The pipe specifications are expressed by de (nominal outer diameter) ¡Á e (wall thickness), see Table 1. The average outer diameter and deviation of the pipe, the wall thickness and deviation of the pipe, and the thickness of the inner and outer skin layers should all comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 16800-1997.
