Introduction

Polypropylene hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is a kind of ultrafiltration membrane. It is an advanced technology in ultrafiltration technology. The outer diameter of the hollow fiber is 450-460¦Ìm, the inner diameter is 350-360¦Ìm, and the wall thickness is 50¦Ìm. It is a hot phase stretching membrane. The molecular weight cutoff is 50,000-100,000. The raw water flows under pressure on the outside or inner cavity of the hollow fiber, forming an external pressure type and an internal pressure type respectively. Ultrafiltration is a dynamic filtration process, and the trapped substances can be removed with the concentration. It has medium anti-fouling properties and can operate continuously for a long time. Polypropylene ultrafiltration membrane is one of the polymer separation membranes.

Use of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane:

Mainly used for health wine clarification equipment, fruit wine clarification stainless steel equipment, tea beverage clarification and filtration equipment, fermentation liquid clarification and sterilization equipment, rice vinegar clarification equipment, pectin concentration equipment, Chinese medicine extract clarification equipment, electrophoretic paint recovery equipment, etc.

Hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane

1. The shell is made of impact-resistant ABS material, with a pressure bearing capacity of more than 16KG, and the wall thickness is thickened by 1mm, which can fully withstand various pressure shocks that may occur in the inlet water, ensuring that there will be no rupture under the impact water pressure, avoiding the ultrafiltration membrane from being under long-term pressure during use, and the material creeping and causing water leakage.

2. Each HUF90 membrane is filled with 1400 membrane filaments, with a length of 100mm, which increases the membrane area by 15%, and the effective membrane area is higher than any product of the same specification in China. Increased water production.

3. The end cap is a hemispherical protruding structure. Compared with the traditional end face flat structure, the distribution of the incoming water on the end face membrane wire is more uniform, and the wall thickness is thickened by 1mm to ensure that it will not break under the impact water pressure.

4. The bonding between the shell and the threaded sleeve is made of glue imported from France. The bonding length is lengthened and the connection gap is uniform. There will be no leakage or degumming during use, and it fully meets the hygiene standards.

5. The connecting thread between the end cap and the shell adopts a serrated thread, which increases the torque and load, and will not slip or leak.

6. The membrane has a large effective area and a large water flux. The pure water flux is 1,800 liters, which is much higher than the same specification products in China.

7. The pressure-resistant and leak-proof structure design ensures that the HUF90 hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane will not leak, degumm, slip, or burst glue.

8. The water inlet and outlet are universal 45mm diameter threaded joints in accordance with the national standard, which can be directly bonded to 1-inch ABS or PVC drinking water pipes without the need to install additional joints. When replacing the HUF90 hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assembly, you only need to unscrew the 4 standard 45mm diameter joints at the inlet and outlet, remove the entire hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, and then replace it with a new HUF90 hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane assembly.

Use, handling and maintenance

1. Surface modification of the membrane CHEN and other anionic surfactants pre-treat the ultrafiltration membrane during protein ultrafiltration, reducing the flux attenuation caused by pollution. This is because the addition of anti-ionic surfactants changes the electrostatic interaction between protein and the membrane surface, reducing protein deposition. When preparing polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane, Hamza et al. added different macromolecules as surface modifiers to the membrane liquid, prepared modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane by phase inversion method, and used it to treat O/W oil-containing emulsified wastewater. The results showed that the modified polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane had superior performance than the unmodified one, and the resistance of the gel layer on the surface of the modified membrane was relatively small.

2. Development of composite separation membrane Faibish et al. grafted vinyl pyrrolidone on the surface of zirconia ceramic membrane to prepare ceramic-polymer (CSP) anti-pollution ultrafiltration membrane, the membrane pore size was reduced by 25%~28%, and used to treat O/W oil-containing emulsion, improving the interception rate of emulsified oil and effectively reducing the deposition of pollutants on the membrane.
