Haike melt pump adopts a unique volumetric design, which is suitable for conveying, pressurizing and metering of high-temperature and high-viscosity polymer melts, so that it is not affected by changes in pressure, temperature, and viscosity. The pump provides pressure between the extruder and the mold, and can match the parameters of the extruder to provide uniform melt under the conditions of increased output and strict tolerance requirements. It is generally installed between the extruder outlet and the die head, and is widely used in polymer extrusion molding such as granulation, film, pipe, plate, sheet, etc. It can also be installed in the pipeline to convey high-viscosity pure materials.

MP-S, MP-M and MP-H series melt gear pumps are made of high-temperature alloy steel and powder alloy steel. After a series of thermal processing and surface treatments such as high temperature quenching, tempering, quenching and tempering, nitriding, carburizing, carbonitriding and polishing, the product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which strengthens the requirements for high torque and low shear of the pump body. The pump body has high finish characteristics, and the self-lubricating system and inlet and outlet flow channels are optimized, which is more suitable for the extrusion of transparent products such as PC, PMMA and PVC heat-sensitive materials. The product hardness can reach 62-68HRC, which can greatly meet the requirements of customers for different working conditions.

It is widely used in production lines such as chemical fiber, granulation, plastic film, sheet, plate, profile, pipe, wire and cable, wire drawing, composite extrusion, etc., and has achieved relatively good results:

1. It can achieve stable extrusion, improve the dimensional accuracy of extruded products, and reduce the scrap rate. During the extrusion process, it is difficult to avoid uneven material feeding, fluctuations in barrel and die temperature, and pulsation of screw speed. The use of a melt gear pump can eliminate the feeding error of the feeding system, greatly reduce the fluctuations in upstream process transmission, quickly enter a stable working state, improve the dimensional accuracy of extruded products, and reduce the scrap rate.

2. Increase production, reduce energy consumption, achieve low-temperature extrusion, and extend the life of the machine. Since the extruder is equipped with a polymer melt pump, the decompression function of the extruder is transferred to the gear pump. The extruder can work under low pressure and low temperature, the leakage flow is greatly reduced, and the output is increased. The gear pump is easier to establish the die pressure than the extruder, and can reduce the back pressure of the extruder, reduce the axial force on the screw, and extend the service life.

3. It has linear extrusion characteristics, which is convenient for the coordinated work of upstream and downstream equipment. Since the gear pump has less leakage flow, the pump's delivery capacity is basically linearly related to the speed. After the gear pump speed changes, its flow can be known exactly. Since the working speed of the upstream and downstream equipment synchronized with the gear pump can be determined, the pressure, temperature and other information collected at the inlet and outlet of the gear pump can be used to achieve online monitoring and feedback control of the entire extrusion process.
