Technical configuration

(I) 110L pressure kneading machine: one set

(II) Automatic bucket elevator:

1. Feeding motor power: 2.2kw

2. Upper and lower limit switches, special optimized arc design of slideway, stable and reliable transportation.

3. The lifting hopper is made of stainless steel.

4. The massed materials after kneading in the kneading machine are conveyed to the conical double feeder.

(III) Conical double forced feeder: one set

1) Motor power: 11kw, Taiwan "Yaskawa" variable frequency speed regulator.

2) Feeding screw: Conical twin screw forced feeding, nitrided chrome plating, high surface finish.

3) Feeding body: inner surface polished, hard chrome plating, smooth and wear-resistant.

4) Feeding hopper: The inner surface is polished and hard chrome plated, which is smooth and wear-resistant.

(IV) KSD-150 extruder

1. Reducer: The ZLYJ series high-precision hard-toothed gear transmission device with thrust seat is specially designed for single-screw rubber and plastic extruders. The design adopts the technical specifications specified in JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical Gear Reducer". The output shaft is made of high-strength 42CrMo, and other gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength 20CrMnTi material; the gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and the gears have high precision and hardness; the gear precision is GB10095-88, 6 level, the tooth surface hardness is HRC-54~62, and a thrust bearing is configured at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw when it is working. The whole machine is small in size, high in load-bearing capacity, stable in transmission, low in noise and high in efficiency. When the oil level is lower than the oil mark, please add medium-load industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320 (the oil needs to be purchased by the customer).

3. Screw

1) Diameter: ¦Õ150mm; Length-to-diameter ratio: 20:1;

2) Material is 38CrMoALA nitriding treatment, nitriding HRC65-70, depth 0.6-0.75mm, brittleness not greater than Class II. The surface of the screw is hard chrome plated.

3) The core of the screw is cooled by water;

4. Barrel

1) The material is 38CrMoALA nitriding treatment, nitriding HRC65-70, depth 0.6-0.75mm, brittleness is not greater than level II;

2) The barrel is grooved, copper pipes are coiled, and cooling water is passed;

3) A protective cover is added to the screw barrel, made of stainless steel;

5. Soft water circulation cooling system: The cooling medium is soft water

2) The water tank is external for easy cleaning and maintenance;

7. Hydraulic plate type automatic screen changer:

1) Position: fixed between the discharge end of the barrel and the machine head;

8. Die face hot cutting head:

9. Interlock control system

1) The host temperature control system adopts Omron intelligent instrument, with dual channels, PID parameter self-tuning and heater circuit breaker indication functions;

2) Host interlock protection function: single screw host is interlocked with gear box oil pump;

3) The head is equipped with melt pressure and melt temperature display, in which the melt pressure is interlocked with the host to achieve overpressure protection.

Maintenance

1. Transmission system:

(1) Check the temperature rise of the motor and oil tank, whether the bearing is locally overheated, abnormal noise, oil leakage, oil filter, radial runout of the spline shaft and the contact clearance with the end face of the screw.

(2) Clean the oil filter and the dirt deposited at the bottom of the oil tank regularly, and refuel the lubrication points regularly.

(3) After the new gear transmission box is "run-in", the new oil should be replaced. After that, the new oil should be replaced every 4,000 hours of operation.

2. Main engine: Check the unobstructed cooling water, temperature (generally ¡Ï26¡æ), feeding conditions, barrel temperature and pressure, and the wear of the screw and barrel.

3. Die head: dimensional loss of porous plate, damage and corrosion of flow channel surface, whether blockage occurs and affects product appearance and output.
