(I) 110L pressure kneading machine: one set
(II) Automatic bucket elevator:

(IV) KSD-150 extruder
1. Reducer: The ZLYJ series high-precision hard-toothed gear transmission device with thrust seat is specially designed for single-screw rubber and plastic extruders. The design adopts the technical specifications specified in JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical Gear Reducer". The output shaft is made of high-strength 42CrMo, and other gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength 20CrMnTi material; the gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and the gears have high precision and hardness; the gear precision is GB10095-88, 6 level, the tooth surface hardness is HRC-54~62, and a thrust bearing is configured at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw when it is working. The whole machine is small in size, high in load-bearing capacity, stable in transmission, low in noise and high in efficiency. When the oil level is lower than the oil mark, please add medium-load industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320 (the oil needs to be purchased by the customer).

3. Screw

1. Transmission system:
(1) Check the temperature rise of the motor and oil tank, whether the bearing is locally overheated, abnormal noise, oil leakage, oil filter, radial runout of the spline shaft and the contact clearance with the end face of the screw.
(2) Clean the oil filter and the dirt deposited at the bottom of the oil tank regularly, and refuel the lubrication points regularly.
(3) After the new gear transmission box is "run-in", the new oil should be replaced. After that, the new oil should be replaced every 4,000 hours of operation.
2. Main engine: Check the unobstructed cooling water, temperature (generally ¡Ï26¡æ), feeding conditions, barrel temperature and pressure, and the wear of the screw and barrel.
3. Die head: dimensional loss of porous plate, damage and corrosion of flow channel surface, whether blockage occurs and affects product appearance and output.
