It is non-toxic, safe, odorless, non-irritating, free of harmful gases such as formaldehyde, and easy to clean. It has the advantages of good adjustability of properties such as softness and hardness, as well as good heat resistance and elasticity. Low viscosity value, good spray and excellent bonding performance. Excellent seawater resistance.
It is suitable for vacuum Vacuum Forming forming of soft materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and density boards, particle boards, polystyrene, wood, etc. It can be used for sports equipment, children's toys, electrical appliances, wooden doors, cabinets, speaker boards, computer desks, etc.
The amount of glue applied should be 65¡À2g/©O on the flat surface, and 90¡À10g/©O on the edges and grooves. Clean the substrate before use to ensure that there is no oil or impurities. Glue gun spraying, preheating time, vacuum time and pressure time should ensure that the glue layer is at least 70-75¡æ. The machine is set to a temperature parameter of about 130¡æ during use. It is recommended that the heating time for thin PVC is 15-25 seconds, and the vacuum pressure time is 60-100 seconds; the heating time for thick PVC is 25-35 seconds, and the vacuum pressure time is 80-120 seconds. The activation temperature is 60¡æ-80¡æ, which is suitable for PVC thicker than 0.4mm.
Prevent freezing, the best storage condition is 10-25¡æ. The storage period is 6 months. Do not mix with other adhesives of different properties.
