Polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe is a composite material used to protect pipelines from corrosion. It is mainly divided into two types: three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe and two-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe.
The anti-corrosion structure of the three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe consists of three parts: the first layer is epoxy powder (FBE £¾ 100¦Ìm), the second layer is adhesive (AD), with a thickness of about 170 to 250¦Ìm, and the third layer is polyethylene (PE), with a thickness between 2.5 and 3.7mm. These three layers of materials are tightly integrated together and can be firmly attached to the surface of the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The applicable pipe diameter range is ¦µ60 to ¦µ1420.
The anti-corrosion structure of the two-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe also contains two layers of materials: the first layer is adhesive (AD) and the second layer is polyethylene (PE). The two layers of material can also be tightly combined to form an effective anti-corrosion layer. The thickness of each layer is the same as that of three layers of PE.
