Structure: Deep three-dimensional filter material, 100% pure fiber is needled to form a three-dimensional, highly fluffy three-dimensional depth, tortuous filter layer. Its characteristics are loose fiber structure, which increases the capacity of impurities at a high rate. This kind of fiber material belongs to the compound interception mode, which effectively removes solid and soft particles, that is, larger particle impurities are trapped on the fiber surface, while fine particles are captured in the deep layer of the filter material, ensuring that they will not be damaged due to increased pressure during use, so it has a high filtration efficiency. In addition, high-temperature surface heat treatment, that is, the application of instant sintering technology/calendering treatment, can effectively prevent the fiber from being lost due to high-speed impact of liquid during filtration, which not only ensures that there is no fiber detachment to cause filtrate pollution, but also avoids the excessive clogging of filter holes caused by traditional roller pressing treatment and shortening the life of the filter bag. At the same time, the pressure difference is small and does not affect the flow rate. Filter cloths made of polypropylene, polyester, nylon and other materials are available, with a filtration accuracy level of 1-200 microns.
