2. Uses:
1. Used in the production of APP (plastomer) modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. Its characteristic is that the asphalt mouth of the modified asphalt is excellent in high temperature resistance. The products modified with them have a wide range of applications and high utilization rates. They change the anti-casting property of the finished products at high temperatures and the cracking at low temperatures, and improve the flexibility, toughness and cohesion of the asphalt itself.
2. Used for APP filling masterbatch: APP filling masterbatch made by mixing a certain amount of calcium carbonate into random polypropylene can play a good role in the processing of polypropylene, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. The addition amount can generally reach about 20%. It improves the plasticity, toughness and elasticity of the filled plastic and reduces the production cost. Polypropylene with APP filling masterbatch as filler can be used to produce packing tape, tear film, flat wire, woven bags, turnover boxes, hollow containers, etc.
3. Used for the production of masterbatch: Because of its good adhesion and compatibility, it is widely used in combination with carbon black, pigments (dyes) with greater dispersibility to make polyethylene, polypropylene or other polymer masterbatch special masterbatch.
4. Used for hot melt adhesive base and sealant.
5. Stabilizer for carpet backing glue and fiber.
6. Cable filling.
7. Grease additive.
