The semi-automatic Vacuum Forming forming machine has a simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency and high degree of automation. Machine Introduction

It is suitable for the production of sheets: acrylic, polyethylene PS, polyvinyl chloride PVC, plexiglass, ABS, polymethyl methacrylate; flocking sheets; environmentally friendly sheets APET, PET, PP, etc.; photodegradable materials; biodegradable materials and other plastic products.

1. Preparation before operation

1. Installation inspection.

2. Confirm that the equipment is correctly installed in an appropriate place.

3. Confirm that the main circuit and accessory circuit wiring are correct.

4. Confirm that the equipment has been properly protected and grounded.

5. Confirm that the air pressure is adjusted between 4-5MP a.

2. Power on

1. Turn on the main control air switch.

2. Turn on the operating power circuit breaker. (Located in the main control door)

III. Operation

1. Operation mode

BA-261 molding machine can adopt two operation modes: A. Manual operation and B. Automatic operation.

2. After power on, use manual operation first to detect whether various actions are correct and whether the cold air motor is rotating forward.

3. Check the operation of the vacuum pump.

4. Check the temperature control of the electric furnace.

5. Use automatic operation mode and run the equipment without load.

6. Turn on the electric furnace for preheating.

Maintenance knowledge

Maintenance

1. Before starting the machine each time, you must check whether the air pressure and voltage are normal.

2. Is there water in the triple oil-water filter, whether there is oil in the oil cup of the oil mist, and whether the oil mist is supplying oil when the machine is running.

3. Is the cold water supply switch turned on?

4. Check whether the circulating oil of the vacuum pump is in the normal interface.

5. Regularly add lubricating oil to the running-in parts of the equipment: A. Add lubricating oil to the guide rod once a week B. Add lubricating oil to the bearing position once every three months

6. Check whether the fixing screws of each mechanism are loose or falling off during each shift.

7. Check the sharpness of the flying knife before starting the machine every day.

8. Keep the equipment clean and the surrounding environment hygienic.

(PVC has the ability to absorb electrostatic dust. If the equipment and surrounding hygiene are poor, it will directly affect the quality of the product.

Troubleshooting

1. The vacuum pump does not work

Check whether the output power of the host is normal. Please refer to the corresponding manual after confirmation.

2. No heating time

A. Fault of the electric furnace stroke switch

B. Fault of the heating time relay

C. The operation selection switch does not turn to the automatic position

3. The lower mold does not rise

A. Fault of the lower mold solenoid valve

B. Fault of the lower mold solenoid valve coil

C. The lower mold operation switch does not turn to the automatic position

D. Fault of the heating time relay

4. The vacuum does not work

A. Check whether the stroke switch on the lower mold is in place.

B , Is the vacuum control valve powered.

C. Is the time relay working.

5. Automatic normal, a certain action cannot work

A. In manual mode, check whether the circuit is normal and whether the control valve coil is damaged.

B. Manual electric control valve detects whether the electric control valve is normal.

C. Is the gas circuit switch open.

6. Temperature control failure

A. The heating bricks in a certain area do not heat up

B. Are the ceramic terminals of the heating bricks detached?

C. Are the heating bricks damaged.

D. Does the universal switch have power output.

E. Check whether the neutral wire is detached.

(There are three groups of neutral wires in the electric furnace, one group for rows 1.2, one group for rows 3.4, and one group for rows 5.6)
