Production process According to the production plan, a special Vacuum Forming mold is opened. Usually, luminous characters with a size of less than 2.5mx2.5m can use 3mm white acrylic board, which is spliced in sections and has a bulging height of 2.2-3cm. It is recommended to use 5mm thick acrylic board for luminous characters with a size of more than 2.5mx2.5m, and the bulging height is 2-3cm

Character box

The luminous character box can be divided into ordinary mode and fine mode according to its processing fineness.

1. Normal mode luminous character box:

2. Material selection: cold-rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, galvanized plate.

3. Manufacturing process: Usually, for luminous character boxes with a size below 1.5m (extended meter), Nippon recommends using 0.8mm thick cold-rolled plate, and 1mm thick cold-rolled plate for the bottom of the box. For luminous character boxes with a size above 1.5m (extended meter), Nippon uses 1.2mm thick cold-rolled plate, and 1.5mm thick cold-rolled plate for the bottom of the box. After the bottom and Nippon are welded, they are sprayed or painted. The height of Nippon is generally 10-12mm. This mode is mostly used outdoors, with a visual distance of more than 20m.

4. Fine mode luminous character box:

Material selection: cold-rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, galvanized plate.

The difference between the production process and the ordinary mode is that the box body adopts fine spot welding, multiple grinding and polishing, and then dust-free painting. The painting process is the same as the automobile sheet metal painting process.

Light source

Its biggest advantage is energy saving, durability, extremely low maintenance rate, and a wide range of applications. The LED used by our company uses electronic chips from HP Company in the United States, which ensures that the LED light source has stable brightness, long service life, and low energy consumption, which is about 15% of the energy consumption of fluorescent lamps.

2. Neon light source description The biggest advantage of neon lights is that the light has strong penetration, but its maintenance rate is relatively high.

3. Fluorescent tube light source uses pure Philips tubes and ballasts. The light source has stable brightness and is suitable for large luminous characters.
