In recent years, the city adheres to the bio-based and biodegradable material industry as the "main runway" to promote the emerging industries to seize the beach, taking the lead in the national district of the city to carry out the plastic ban legislation, issued the "Puyang City non-degradable plastic products Management Regulations", and cultivated a number of backbone enterprises such as Hongye Chemical, Longdu Tianren, Xinghan Biology, etc. It has built a number of research and development platforms such as the provincial technological innovation Strategic Alliance, the provincial pilot pilot base, the provincial key Laboratory, and the Provincial Industrial Technology Research Institute, and set up the provincial quality inspection and testing center for degradable materials, forming a complete industrial chain from raw materials to end products.
