Dutch manufacturing output fell 1.9% year-on-year in April
According to data released by the Central Statistics Office on June 7, the average daily output of the Dutch manufacturing industry fell by 1.9% in April from a year earlier, narrowing from the 4.3% decline in March. Output of transport equipment fell the most, by 8%; Oil, chemicals, rubber and plastic products fell 6.8 per cent; Base metals output fell slightly by 0.3 per cent; Output of food, beverages and tobacco products rose 2.2 per cent; And output of electronic goods and machinery rose 0.8 percent.
