Before use, according to the storage time of raw materials and the size of the environmental humidity, appropriate drying, drying temperature of 85¡æ, drying time 3-4 hours. Try to use side drying. Add 2% defoamer after drying the material and mix before using. Adjust the addition ratio according to the different conductive requirements, the general addition ratio is between 15%-35%.
4. Conductive masterbatch packaging and storage strictly waterproof and moisture-proof, avoid loose packaging, unused parts should be encapsulated and stored. It is advisable to use wood-plastic pallet cushion after the code, stored in a cool and ventilated place, not exposed to the sun.
