The platform aims to provide one-stop comprehensive services for standardization information including standard data inquiry, standard technical consultation, online intelligent writing of standards, standard comparison and dynamic research of standards for industrial, university and research institutions and enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, especially small, medium and micro enterprises in Taiwan. To help cross-Straits economic and trade exchanges and standardization exchanges and cooperation.

At present, the platform has collected more than 290,000 copies of cross-Straits standards at all levels, including 215 standards jointly researched and shared between Cross-Strait industries in food safety, construction engineering, cold chain logistics, elderly care services, electronic information and other fields (common cross-strait standards). It brings together the latest situation of cross-strait standards, policies and rules, and facilitates the interconnection of standards information between industries on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.

At the same time, based on big data technology, the platform provides intelligent and accurate comparison of cross-strait standards, and realizes intelligent and accurate comparison of more than 2,000 food additives and more than 10,000 agricultural residue limit indicators. It can query the comparison results of nearly 4000 cross-strait terms in fields such as elderly care services and construction engineering with one click.

In addition, a wide range of Cross-Strait technical experts to join the Cross-Strait standardization expert database, for the people and enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to provide policy advice, standards comparison, enterprise standards writing guidance and other services.

Platform also the first cross-strait enterprise standard self-declaration public service, there are 13 Taiwan enterprises in the platform for 44 enterprise standard self-declaration public, involving rubber and plastics, electronic equipment, food, agricultural products and other fields, Covering 134 kinds of products.
