Chairman Meng Fanzhi pointed out in his speech that accelerating the development of carbon neutral industry and establishing a sound green dual-carbon circular development economic system are of great significance to promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. In his speech, Standing Committee Member Peng Jiqiu said that Hunan implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, kept in mind the earnest entrustment of "protecting the clear water of the river", adhered to ecological priority and green development, took the three major defense battles of "blue sky, clear water and clean land" as the main line, and focused on the systematic governance of "one lake, one river and four waters", promoted the construction of ecological civilization to achieve new results, and achieved a win-win situation of ecological environment protection and high-quality economic development.
