EP648U has high fluidity, high rigidity, high toughness, belongs to the ""three high"" polypropylene new products, mainly used in the manufacture of bottles, cups and other household utensils and the need for high impact resistance of thin-walled rigid parts. The two products are in great demand in the Chinese market and have considerable economic benefits.

The melting index of the two new products is nearly 3 times higher than that of the conventional impact copolymerization products, and the production process is easy to produce a large number of random materials, which affects the blanking efficiency; The viscosity of the product is large, which is easy to cause caking, resulting in clogging of the blanking line; It is difficult to cut the grain, and there is the risk of enema or unit downtime.
