Rust-proof masterbatch is the basic functional masterbatch for manufacturing gas phase anti-rust film. Its main components are gas phase corrosion inhibitor and resin.
Rustoper gas phase anti-rust masterbatch is the basic raw material for producing gas phase anti-rust plastic film (functional plastic film that can package and prevent iron and non-ferrous metals from rusting). It is a functional resin masterbatch concentrated and refined by special processing technology from "PE, composite VCI gas phase corrosion inhibitor and various auxiliary additives"
1. Only a small amount of masterbatch can be added to produce gas phase anti-rust plastic film with excellent performance, which is cost-effective.

Iron metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, electroplated metal, zinc and alloys, chromium and alloys, cadmium and alloys, nickel and alloys, tin and alloys, aluminum and alloys and other metals.
1. Weigh the corresponding amount of "this product and new PE granules" according to the established ratio, then mix them evenly, and then feed them for film blowing.
2. The temperature of the melting zone and die head zone of the blow molding machine should be set as required, otherwise it will affect the quality of the gas phase anti-rust film.
3. If it is necessary to produce colored gas phase anti-rust film, the amount of masterbatch added must also be controlled within the established ratio and the pH value should be neutral.
4. After taking this product each time, the original packaging should be re-sealed in time to prevent moisture.
Sealed packaging, stored in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, fire and corrosive substances.
Since the VCI gas phase rust-proof film is based on the VCI corrosion inhibitor contained in the film body to continuously and permanently volatilize sufficient VCI gasified rust-proof particles to prevent metal rust, a film that is too thin means that the VCI content is low and may ultimately affect the use effect of the product. Therefore, based on our actual experience, the recommended standard thickness for producing gas phase rust-proof film using VCI rust-proof masterbatch is u100um (0.10mm, commonly known as 10 silk).
