Coating materials are generally divided into two types: polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). PP substrates are mainly selected for PP coating materials.

Generally, the same type of coating is selected. PP substrates are mainly selected for PP coating materials; PE substrates are selected for PE coating materials.
Polyethylene raw materials used for coating
Coating material selection: one is high-density polyethylene-HDPE (coating grade) and the other is low-density polyethylene-LDPE (coating grade) and a special PP coating material. At present, the coating material models used are ethylene 7A and ethylene 7B. It is best to control the coating material to about 15 grams per square meter. The ratio of polyethylene and PP special materials is generally 4:6. The increase of PP material will make the coating film more brittle and hard.
Adding a certain amount of PE to PP helps to reduce the necking phenomenon of the film.
