2) According to the pipe system (S), it is divided into S3.2, S4, S5, and S6.3.
1) The engineering design shall comply with the relevant national design standards, specifications, and regulations.
2) General procedures: The selection of cross-linked polyethylene water supply pipes shall determine the allowable bearing pressure and the level of use conditions according to the needs of the pipeline laying environment and the temperature of the conveying medium. The wall thickness of the pipeline system shall be selected from the relevant standards, and the system pipe diameter shall be selected according to the hydraulic calculation. In combination with the system layout, laying method, connection form, technical measures to compensate for temperature changes, etc., select products whose quality meets the current relevant national product standards.
3) Main application occasions: indoor cold and hot water pipes.
1) The bottom of the buried pipeline trench should be flat and there should be no protruding sharp and hard objects. The particle size of the original soil should not be greater than 12mm. If necessary, a 100mm thick sand cushion layer can be laid. The backfill soil around the pipeline should be compacted layer by layer. The thickness of each layer should be 0.2-0.3mm. It should be filled to 500mm above the top of the pipe. The original soil can be backfilled after compaction. The burial depth of indoor buried pipelines should not be less than 300mm.
2) The pipeline connection method requires the connection of pipes and pipes, and pipes and pipe fittings of the same brand and material. From the physical properties of PE-X pipes, its linear expansion coefficient is relatively high among all kinds of pipes, which also determines that the support spacing of PE-X pipes is very small, and there are shortcomings such as small overhead span of pipelines and many support parts installed; due to the influence of complex situations such as cross-operation during construction, PE-X pipes are easily punctured, and the reserved pipe ends are partially flattened, resulting in many repairs and reworks; this material cannot be recycled and reused.
