Also known as (MFC), with particleboard as the base material. The main advantages of particleboard are light weight, strong nail holding force, good moisture and water resistance, easier to control formaldehyde release, and not easy to deform.
In fact, it is the same as the cabinet material mentioned above~ But the color of the colored paper used is more diverse.

Painted board: The base material of the painted board is a density board, and the surface is made of imported paint sprayed and baked at high temperature for many times.

The disadvantage is that the craftsmanship level is high and the scrap rate is high, so the price remains high; it must be carefully cared for during use, and it is afraid of bumps and scratches. Once damaged, it is difficult to repair and needs to be replaced as a whole; color difference is prone to occur in kitchens with more oil smoke. It is more suitable for young high-end consumers who have high requirements for appearance and quality and pursue fashion.
It is composed of surface paper + color paper + multi-layer kraft paper, and its base material is particle board. Fireproof board has the characteristics of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, penetration resistance and easy cleaning.
Features: good wear resistance, good high temperature resistance, poor water resistance. If the kitchen usage rate at home is relatively high and durability is particularly important, then you can consider choosing this material.
UV board: It is a new type of door panel that uses high-quality, environmentally friendly, moisture-proof high-density board as the base material, and is processed through printing, UV primer, UV topcoat and other processing procedures to manufacture environmentally friendly, high-gloss, wear-resistant and aging-resistant door panels. Its surface is coated with transparent and environmentally friendly UV light-curing paint and cured with strong ultraviolet light.
Features: bright surface treatment, bright color, strong visual impact, wear-resistant, long service life, no discoloration, easy to clean, high cost, high requirements for mechanical equipment and process technology, it is an ideal cabinet door panel.
The shape of the door panel is determined according to the appearance of the cabinet, but the general traditional form only exists in a square shape. If the economy allows, other styles can be considered.
