High polymerization degree polyvinyl red is a chemical substance, also known as ultra-high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride.
High polymerization degree polyvinyl red' is also known as ultra-high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride. Refers to a type of polyoxyethylene resin with a polymerization degree of 17U (or less), and sometimes up to 40%. It has a high molecular weight, and the number of chain nodes is increased, which is similar to the cross-linking effect, so that the deformation is reduced, the reproducibility is increased, the heat resistance, cold resistance, fatigue resistance, and mechanical strength are improved, and the use temperature range is wide. It can be obtained by suspension method, bulk method, emulsion method or micro-floatation method, and under the condition of low temperature and chain growth, the polyoxyethylene is polymerized by a highly active initiator. After adding plasticizer, it is used to prepare thermoplastic elastomer, which can replace rubber for automotive interior decoration, door and window sealing strips, heat-resistant cable sleeves, heat-resistant hoses and soles, etc.
