PP flame retardant masterbatch, to put it simply, is the particles made of PP flame retardant and carrier through a granulator. PP flame retardant masterbatch is divided into inorganic flame retardant masterbatch, halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch and phosphorus-bromine composite flame retardant masterbatch. Phosphorus-bromine composite flame retardant masterbatch has to be said to be the most efficient product. The addition amount of low copolymer PP material is less than 4%, no precipitation, can be matched with any color, and does not affect the mechanical properties of the material. At present, PP flame retardant masterbatch can be divided into injection molding grade, drawing grade, extrusion grade. PP flame retardant masterbatch has become a commonly used product for polypropylene flame retardant modification, and its characteristics have been strengthened and its advantages have been highlighted.
The process is mature and the affinity is excellent. When used in combination with polypropylene, a uniform and stable dispersion system can be obtained through melt blending. It not only reduces the deterioration of the material properties, but also makes full use of the flame retardant elements, and the flame retardant efficiency reaches the extreme. It has good migration resistance, and there will be no frost phenomenon after long-term storage. Excellent weather resistance, it will not turn yellow or fail even if placed in the air for a long time.
PP flame retardant masterbatch has high-efficiency bromine antimony composite flame retardant masterbatch (flame retardant component 85%, carrier 15%), which is particularly suitable for the flame retardant of PP (polypropylene). It is widely used in polypropylene hollow board, electrical appliance shell, automobile center console materials, etc. Its flame retardant effect and performance, especially the unparalleled thermal stability, excellent dispersibility, and efficient flame retardant effect. It can achieve V0 level flame retardant PP.

PP flame retardant masterbatch has good flame retardant effect, small addition amount, high whiteness of masterbatch, does not affect the color of the product and can be matched with various total colors.
PP flame retardant masterbatch has excellent thermal stability, the product can be processed repeatedly, and the flame retardant effect, strength and color have no obvious changes.
PP flame retardant masterbatch is environmentally friendly bromine-based, non-toxic and low-smoke, thermal decomposition or combustion does not produce toxic DBDO and DBDF, and has no impact on the environment.
PP flame retardant masterbatch is cold-resistant and weather-resistant, has strong UV resistance, is not easy to precipitate, and can improve the fluidity of product forming.
PP flame retardant masterbatch is generally used in homopolymer PP at a dosage of 4-6%, which can reach UL94-V2 level (extinguished immediately when away from fire); if used in homopolymer PP with copolymer PP or a large amount of toughening agent added, it is necessary to add 2-4 more copies. With appropriate addition of multiple doses, this product can achieve strict UL94-V0 effect.
