The basic standard adopted is ZBJ19009-88 (General technical conditions for cylindrical gear reducers).
The whole machine consists of a reduction box and an output distribution box. It adopts a vertical layout. The main motor can be arranged below the distribution box, and the structure is compact and beautiful.
Product features:
1. The transmission parts of the reduction box and the distribution box are made of ordinary and ultra-high strength alloy carburizing steel and carburized quenching and gear grinding technology, and the key parts have added surface strengthening technology. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC54~62, the core hardness HRC30~40, and the gear precision is 6. High efficiency, high strength, and low noise.
2. The housing is made of ductile iron, which has good rigidity, flatness and beautiful appearance after multi-faceted cutting.
3. The mixed configuration design adopts different bearing products from Germany's INA company and my country's Wazhou and Luozhou, taking into account the reliability and economy of the product. The theoretical design life of the bearing is between 20,000 and 50,000 hours.
4. The external forced lubrication and cooling system enhances the lubrication and cooling effects, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
