Plastic Crusher

Plastic crusher is used to crush waste plastics and factory plastic scraps. Plastic crusher is widely used in the recycling of waste plastics and factory scraps. The motor power of plastic crusher is between 3.5 and 150 kilowatts, and the speed of knife roller is generally between 150 and 500rpm. There are tangential feeding and top feeding in structure; knife rollers are solid knife rollers and hollow knife rollers.

Basic Introduction

Plastic crusher English name: Plastic crusher, also known as plastic pulverizer, is mainly used to crush various plastic plastics and rubbers such as plastic profiles, tubes, rods, wires, films, and waste rubber products. The pellets can be directly used for extruders or injection molding, or they can be recycled through basic granulation. Another type of plastic crusher is a peripheral equipment of injection molding machine, which can crush and recycle defective products and sprue materials produced by injection molding machine.

Working Principle

The plastic crusher drives the moving knife disc to rotate at high speed through the motor. During the high-speed rotation of the moving knife, it forms a relative motion with the fixed knife. The gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife is used to create a plastic crushing and shearing cut to crush the large pieces of plastic. The crushed plastic is filtered and output according to the size of the plastic particles through the screen.

Scope of Application

It can be used for the re-crushing and recycling of all waste plastics such as boxes, thin pipes, blow moldings, bottles, shells, daily plastic products, etc., or as an auxiliary machine for injection molding machines to crush the injection molding machine nozzle materials or defective parts.

Maintenance

1. The plastic crusher should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and extend its life.

2. Lubricating oil should be added to the bearings regularly to ensure the lubrication between the bearings.

3. Check the tool screws regularly. After using the new plastic crusher for 1 hour, tighten the moving knife with tools and check regularly.

4. To ensure the sharpness of the tool cut, the tool should be checked frequently to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other parts caused by blunt blades.

5. When replacing the tool, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife is preferably 0.8MM for crushers above 20HP and 0.5MM for crushers below 20HP. The thinner the recycled material, the larger the gap can be.

6. Before starting for the second time, the remaining debris in the machine room should be cleared to reduce the starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to clear the ash outlet under the flange, because the powder discharged from the plastic crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing.

7. The machine should be well grounded.

8. Regularly check whether the belt of the plastic crusher is loose and tighten it in time.

Operational procedures

General provisions

Article 1 The drivers of the transfer machine and the crusher must be trained to achieve "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principle) and "four skills" (knowing how to use, maintain, maintain, and handle faults). After passing the training test and obtaining a certificate of qualification, they are allowed to operate on the job.

Article 2 Closely cooperate with the driver of the working face scraper conveyor and the driver of the transport lane belt conveyor, unify signal communication, and start and stop in sequence. When large pieces of coal and gangue are piled up and overflowed at the feed port of the crusher, the operation of the working and face scraper conveyor should be stopped. If large pieces of coal cannot enter the crusher or there are metal objects, the machine must be stopped for processing.

Preparation

1. Tools: wrench, pliers, screwdriver, hammer, shovel, etc.;

2. Necessary spare parts: various short-circuit chains, chain links, bolts, nuts, safety pins of crushers, etc.;

Inspection and treatment

1. The connecting parts of the motor, reducer, hydraulic coupling, head, tail and other parts must be complete, intact and tightened. The reducer and hydraulic shaft joints should not have oil seepage or oil leakage, and the oil volume should be appropriate.

2. The signal must be sensitive and reliable. The machine is not allowed to start without a signal. The spray sprinkler must be intact.

3. The power cable and operating line must be hung neatly without being squeezed;

4. The coal, gangue, debris and coal dust of the motor and reducer near the head must be cleaned;

5. Scrape the working surface The overlap between the conveyor head and the transfer machine tail should be appropriate;

6. The scraper chain should be moderately tight, and the scraper and screws must be complete and tightened;

7. The transfer machine trolley must be stable and reliable;

8. When the transfer machine bridge body is partially turned on, there should be no abnormal sound in the operation of each position, and the scraper, chain, and connecting ring should not be twisted, twisted, or bent;

9. The tunnel support at the crusher and crusher must be intact and firm.

10. The safety protection net and protection device of the crusher must be guaranteed not to deform or fail, safe and reliable;

11. The tunnel support at the transfer machine and crusher must be intact and firm.

Precautions

Trial operation

1. Close the handle of the magnetic starter to supply power;

2. Press the button two or three times;

3. Start, idle 1 ~2 weeks;

4. The transfer machine and crusher operate together;

5. Check for abnormalities and send a start signal.

6. During operation, the machine and the motor should be free of vibration, the sound and humidity should be normal, the temperature of each bearing should not exceed 75буC, and the temperature of the motor should not exceed the manufacturer's regulations.

7. The chain tightness of the transfer machine must be consistent. Under full load, the chain tightness is not allowed to exceed the length of two chain links, and there should be no chain jamming or chain jumping.

8. If the fusible plug or explosive piece of the transfer machine's joint is damaged, it shall not be replaced with wood or other materials.

9. The protective net safety device of the crusher should be kept intact and checked frequently during operation. If it is damaged The machine should be stopped immediately for processing.

10. The tail protection and other safety devices of the transfer machine must be kept intact.

11. Move the transfer machine.

(1) Clean the floating coal and slag at the tail, both sides of the machine body and under the bridge;

(2) Protect the cables, water pipes, and oil pipes, and hang them neatly;

(3) Check the tunnel support and move the transfer machine under the condition of ensuring safety;

(4) The walking trolley and the tail frame of the belt conveyor should be in good contact and not deviate. After moving, they should be well overlapped to prevent large pieces of plastic from damaging the belt and ensure smooth coal flow;

(5) After moving the transfer machine, the head and tail of the machine should be kept flat, straight, and stable, and the jack rod should be retracted.

Precautions

Start-up precautions

1. Before starting, you should first use manpower to move the transmission wheel one or two circles, and then start the machine after confirming that the movement is flexible. Feed the material only after the crusher is running normally.

2. Before stopping the operation, you should first stop feeding and drain the materials in the machine, and then cut off the power supply of the motor.

3. During operation, pay attention to the temperature of the bearings, make sure the bearings are in a good lubrication state, and pay attention to whether there are any abnormalities in the sound and vibration. If an abnormal situation is found, stop the machine to check whether it is stuck by objects that are not easy to break, or whether the machine parts are damaged.

4. Keep the crusher feeding evenly to prevent overloading. Prevent metal and wood and other unbreakable objects from falling into the machine. When it cannot be broken, the moisture content of the feed cannot be too high; when wet crushing, it is necessary to maintain an appropriate amount of water to prevent blockage due to insufficient flushing and reduce production capacity.

5. Check whether the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles exceeding the specified size, the reasons should be found out (such as the gap between the screen bars is too large, the discharge port is too wide, the hammer is worn, etc.), and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate them.

6. When the crusher is stopped, check whether the fastening bolts are firm and the degree of wear of the easily worn parts. For tooth crushers, the wood caught between the teeth should also be removed when the machine is stopped.

7. Worn parts should be replaced or repaired in time.

8. The safety device of the crusher should be kept in good condition, and the safety device should never be disabled for the sake of saving trouble.

Operation Notes

1. The plastic crusher and the power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; if the plastic crusher needs to be mobile, the unit should be installed on a base made of angle iron, and ensure that the power machine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotating plane.

2. After the plastic crusher is installed, check the fastening of each fastener. If there is any looseness, tighten it. At the same time, check whether the belt is tight enough.

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotors are flexible and reliable, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine, and whether the power machine and the plastic crusher are well lubricated.

4. Do not replace the pulley casually to prevent the speed from being too high and causing the crushing chamber to explode, or the speed from being too low and affecting the working efficiency of the crusher.

5. After the plastic crusher is started, it should be kept idling for 2 to 3 minutes, and then feed the material after there is no abnormal phenomenon.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at any time during work. First, the feeding should be even to prevent blocking the crushing chamber; second, do not overload for a long time. If there are any vibrations, noises, overheating of the bearings and the machine body, or material spraying, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and can only be continued after the faults are eliminated.
