Spinning screw extruder is an extruder.
The characteristics of spinning screw extruder are
(1) It is equipped with a sealed hopper, which is sealed with nitrogen to prevent the dry solid pellets from absorbing water and entraining air.
(2) In order to meet the requirements of the spinnability of the spinning melt, the spinning polymer material temperature is relatively high, so the heater power is large and the cold phoenix temperature control system is not used;
(3) The screw is required to have good mixing performance, so a specially designed screw and mixing element are used.
< p>(4) The screw diameter series range is 45--200mm, and the aspect ratio series range is 24-34;(5) The screw drive must adopt a stepless speed regulation system,
(6) The die head pressure is relatively low, usually in the range of 5-15MPa, and a pressure feedback stabilization scale system is generally installed:
(7) The screw extrusion port is not directly connected to the spinneret assembly (die head), and a melt delivery pipeline is often set up. The extruded melt is supplied to the spinning metering pump through the pipeline and then to the spinneret assembly.
The metering performance of the spinning screw extruder cannot meet the precise metering requirements of spinning, so it must be coordinated with the spinning metering pump. The task of the spinning screw extruder is to evenly supply the melt that meets the requirements to the spinning metering pumps of each spinning position. The spinning screw extruder itself does not have the ability to remove impurities, and a melt filtration device must be installed after the melt is extruded, such as a melt pre-filter and a spinning assembly filter device.
With the rapid development of high-speed spinning, higher requirements are placed on the supply and quality of spinning melt. High-speed spinning requires screw extruders to have (1) large supply. Under the same conditions, the supply of high-speed spinning is 50-60% higher than that of conventional spinning. (2) Melt quality (mainly refers to the uniformity of the melt and the content of bubbles and impurities, etc.)
