Considering the mobility and safety of athletes, the friction coefficient should be between 0.4-0.7 as the optimal value. Maintenance

The floors are bonded together with the special connecting tape provided by the manufacturer, and the floors are not bonded to each other. The PVC plastic sports floor can be rolled up or removed at will for easy movement.

The construction ground base must be clean, durable, flat, and free of cracks. The moisture content of the concrete floor cannot exceed 2.5%. The moisture content of the gypsum floor shall not exceed 0.5%. Before laying the floor. After the floor is dusted, the PVC plastic sports floor can be laid. If the original ground is uneven, a self-leveling of about 2mm can also be constructed. If it is a non-absorbent floor such as a mineral base, stone, tile, etc., it can be directly paved.

5. It is recommended to use water-soluble glue that is harmless to the human body for construction. When pasting the floor, use a cork block to squeeze the floor surface from the middle to both ends to make it flat without leaving bubbles, and roll it flat most thoroughly.
6. After the floor is laid and glued, groove and weld it, and the welding line should be flattened after welding.

When visiting users of PVC plastic sports floors, I found that many users used PVC plastic sports floors as marble and tiles, and did not understand the knowledge of floor maintenance during maintenance, which caused problems such as damage and pollution of PVC plastic sports floors. What should we pay attention to when using PVC plastic sports floors? Here is an explanation for everyone:

PVC plastic sports floor should be cleaned with neutral detergent. Do not use strong acid or strong alkaline detergent to clean the floor. Regular cleaning and maintenance should be done;
a. Daily maintenance: Use a clean and 90% dry mop to clean the floor. For severely polluted areas, local cleaning is required;
b. Monthly maintenance: Clean the floor and wax the locally damaged floor. Generally, it is better to wax the floor once a month for maintenance;
The ink, food, grease, etc. stained on the PVC plastic sports floor should be wiped off, and then the traces should be scrubbed with diluted detergent. If the residual black leather shoe prints are difficult to remove, you can use a veil dipped in rosin water to scrub. Do not pour rosin water on the floor for cleaning. After scrubbing, wax maintenance should be added;
Do not use cleaning balls or knives to scrape the floor. For dirt that cannot be cleaned by conventional methods, consult relevant people. Do not use acetone, toluene, and other chemicals indiscriminately;
Avoid a large amount of water from staying on the surface of the floor for a long time. Water soaking the floor for a long time may penetrate under the floor to dissolve the floor glue and lose its adhesion. It may also cause the protective wax water on the surface of the floor to stratify and cause floor pollution. It may also cause sewage to penetrate into the interior of the floor to cause floor discoloration, etc.;
Avoid direct exposure to strong light, and do a good job of exposing the floor to ultraviolet rays to prevent the floor from discoloring and fading.
