There are some differences in appearance and performance between sub-brand materials and genuine materials, but the price of sub-brand materials will be lower. In the past two years, there are very few high-quality sub-brand plastic. Most of the so-called sub-brands are processed by some small granulation plants in China using some relatively good disposable nozzles. Its quality is much different from that of previous sub-brand plastic, but it is better than recycled plastic.
Sub-brand plastic
Refers to the distinction between two grades of materials of the same model produced by the same manufacturer in the plastic industry; it can also be divided into imported sub-brands and domestic sub-brands. There are some differences in appearance and performance between sub-brand materials and genuine materials, but the price of sub-brands will be lower.
In the early days, sub-brand plastic referred to defective products produced by foreign or Chinese petroleum energy chemical factories when producing qualified products. These defective products generally have a few flaws in performance or appearance. The manufacturers mark them with NG (no good) and resell them to the market by some merchants. This type of plastic is generally not much worse than the genuine brand in terms of performance, and has become a hot commodity among traders and manufacturers.
