Thermosetting plastic extrusion is a molding method that heats and pressurizes a thermosetting resin mixture in an extruder to continuously flow through a die to form a continuous product. The process is similar to thermoplastic extrusion molding, but the molding process is more difficult, and the control requirements for temperature, pressure, extrusion speed, etc. are more stringent. The basic equipment and gate mold design also have higher requirements, and it is only suitable for some thermosetting plastic molding products with relatively simple contours.
