KVV cable is a PVC insulated control cable, which is mostly used for control, signal, protection and measurement system wiring. It is manufactured according to GB9330 "Plastic insulated control cable", IEC60227 "Polyvinyl chloride insulated cable with rated voltage of 450/750V and below" and IEC60502 "Extruded insulated power cable and accessories with rated voltage of 1-30kV".

Scope of application PVC insulated PVC sheathed control cable is suitable for control, signal, protection and measurement system wiring with rated voltage of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.

Use characteristics

The rated power frequency voltage Uo/U is 450/750V.

The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70¡æ.

The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0¡æ. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0¡æ, the cable should be preheated.

The recommended allowable bending radius of the cable is as follows:

For unarmored cable, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;

For armored or copper tape shielded cable, it should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;

For shielded flexible cable, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
