Polypropylene filter membrane is made of polypropylene ultrafine fibers that are hot-melted and bonded together. It is a kind of membrane material for deep filtration and has the following characteristics: it uses food-grade isotactic polypropylene as raw material, and there is no additive in the entire production process; it has stable physical and chemical properties and good compatibility; it has a series of pore sizes, high porosity, large dirt holding capacity, can be backwashed and sterilized at high temperatures; and has good pressure resistance.

1. Polypropylene filter membrane is made of polymer materials and is non-toxic. It can be widely used in the fields of medicine, chemical industry, food, beverage, etc.
2. Polypropylene filter membrane has excellent chemical resistance. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents, including polar solvents (except benzene, xylene, etc.).
3. Polypropylene filter membrane is heat-resistant and can be sterilized by hot pressing at 121буC for 30 minutes. The working temperature is below 100буC.
4. Polypropylene filter membrane has good strength, will not deform, no medium will fall off, and will not cause re-contamination. It can be used after soaking in 70% ethanol for a few minutes before use.
5. Polypropylene filter membrane belongs to deep filtration, with small resistance and fast flow rate. It can reach a higher flow rate under low pressure difference and has a long service life. It is especially suitable for differential filtration of high viscosity and items with many suspended substances. The longer the filtration time, the higher the filtration accuracy.
6. Polypropylene filter membrane is hydrophobic and is particularly good for gas filtration.

1. The nominal accuracy is tested by the bubble pressure method, and the detection reagent is anhydrous ethanol.
2. The flow rate is the water flow rate under the conditions of the initial water pressure of 0.1MPa, membrane thickness of 0.18mm, and raw water turbidity of 3NTU.
