Injection molded plastic pallets are products made through the thermoplastic injection molding process. This process involves heating the plastic material to a molten state, then injecting it into a mold and cooling it to form a specific shape.
Injection molded plastic pallets have many classifications, including but not limited to the following types:

- 1515 Series - 1614 Series - 1211 Series Raw Materials The main raw materials of injection molded plastic pallets are high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP). Both materials have the characteristics of high hardness and strong chemical stability. They are non-toxic and tasteless and will not have a negative impact on the loaded products. Features The injection molded plastic pallet has the following characteristics: - In terms of appearance, it has beautiful shape, smooth edges, no additional connectors, flat surface, color can be customized according to needs, regular structure, and easy to clean. - In terms of load-bearing capacity, it can withstand a static load of 1 to 10 tons, a dynamic load of 0.5 to 1.5 tons, and an overhead load of 0.3 to 1.2 tons under uniform distribution.
Injection molded plastic pallets have the following performance characteristics:
- When used within the temperature range (-35¡æ ~ 40¡æ), their physical properties remain stable.
- They have excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, do not produce sparks when rubbed, are not easy to burn, and do not generate static electricity.
- They will not rust, are not easy to accumulate moisture, are resistant to moisture and water, and are easy to clean.
- Compared with wooden pallets, they have a longer service life, require no maintenance, and have better resistance to falling and collision. In addition, they can be recycled and meet environmental standards.
