Sufficient quality raw materials is the premise of productive propylene. They control the quality of interfeeders such as naphtha and hydrocracking tail oil from the source. According to the operation of light hydrocarbon furnaces and light hydrocarbon ethane stocks, the capacity is adjusted to ensure the supply of imported raw materials. In the case of high yield of propylene in the tail oil, according to the operating status of 13 ethylene units in the cracking furnace and the actual demand of downstream ethylene, continue to do a good job of raw material optimization and balance, and real-time switching adjustment according to product benefits and market demand.
Olefin plants that undertake production tasks increase production optimization efforts, continue to optimize cracking depth, and appropriately reduce cracking depth of hydrogenated tail oil and naphtha; Increase the total input of raw materials in the device, and increase propylene production while ensuring the stability of ethylene production. At the same time, the separation system should be carefully operated to carry out predictive maintenance on the reactor control system, optimize the operation of the carbon III reactor, control the temperature of the sensitive plate of the propylene tower, and reduce the loss of propylene.
