3. Pay attention to some details in mold processing. First, use an engraving machine to form the positive and negative membranes at one time when making the mold; second, after the mold is engraved or cut, use a trimming machine to polish the positive peripheral edges of the positive membrane and the inner peripheral edges of the negative membrane to make them smooth (it is OK if you touch them with your hands without any angularity); third, pad the back of the positive membrane according to the height of the protrusion, and the thickness of the padding added to the negative membrane should be more than 5mm greater than the thickness of the positive membrane padding.

Positioning

After the acrylic mold is made, another important factor in completing excellent acrylic products. Here, you should also pay attention to two details. First, stick sponge tape on the back of the positive membrane or the side with padding on the negative membrane; second, this point should be selected according to the size of the mold. Stick the positive membrane on the working platform, and then put the negative membrane on the positive membrane to adjust the gap around it. After that, peel off the sticker on the sponge cover on the pad surface, and press the down switch to make the negative membrane stand on the movable pressure plate.
