Lantai melt pump
The melt pump is mainly used for conveying, pressurizing and metering high-temperature and high-viscosity polymer melts. Its main function is to pressurize and stabilize the high-temperature melt from the extruder, and keep the melt flow accurately and stably fed into the extruder head. It can achieve direct adjustment and metering control to eliminate the extruder fluctuation and the impact of the screw on the die head. The extruder effectively extrude the melt and mix the resin material, but it is not effective enough to provide the die head with a constant pressure and volume of melt. The melt pump can effectively pressurize the melt and accurately meter the melt.

LT-PUMP series melt pump | chemical delivery pump
Application and characteristicsChemical delivery pump is suitable for conveying liquids with relatively high viscosity and no granular impurities. It has the characteristics of high output pressure, high viscosity of the conveying medium, high operating temperature, vacuum inlet, convenient speed adjustment, and large flow range. The material of the pump is heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and has sufficient strength and dimensional stability.
Application range of melt pump
1. Applied in the polymerization reaction process to convey high-viscosity melt.
2. Applied in melt spinning as a booster pump.
3. Applied to the extruder to improve extrusion efficiency and reduce the load of the extruder.
4. Applied to convey resin and molten resin to make the melt uniform and build pressure to the die head.
The working principle of the LT-PUMP series melt pump/hot melt adhesive pump belongs to a positive displacement pump. When working, it relies on the mutual engagement of the master and driven gears to cause the change of the working volume to transport the melt. The working volume is composed of the pump body, the tooth grooves of the gears and the bearing sleeve with the function of the side plate. When the gears rotate, the melt enters the tooth grooves of the two gears in the suction chamber. As the gears rotate, the melt is brought into the discharge chamber from both sides. The gears mesh again, so that the melt in the tooth grooves is squeezed out of the discharge chamber and pressed to the outlet pipe. The bearings cannot use ordinary lubricating grease to avoid contaminating the melt. Melt self-lubrication is usually used.
