PP flow agent masterbatch is a chemical additive specially used for polypropylene plastics, which is designed to enhance its fluidity and surface gloss.
PP flow agent masterbatch has good mixing properties, is easy to mix evenly with resin, and is used in small amounts and is easy to use. It can significantly improve the melt index of polypropylene materials, promote its fluidity during melt molding processing, and will not have a negative impact on other properties of polypropylene materials. This additive is suitable for a variety of polypropylene molding processes, including injection molding, extrusion, coating and wire drawing, as well as various polypropylene products. In addition, PP flow agent masterbatch is also suitable for energy saving and consumption reduction and the comprehensive utilization of recycled plastics.
PP flow agent masterbatch is presented in granular form, and its main component is organic compounds. Its technical indicators show that the density is about 600m/kg and the heat resistance temperature can reach 300¡æ.
When using, it is recommended to mix the PP flow agent masterbatch with the resin evenly before processing, and the addition amount is usually 0.2% to 1% of the total product.
To ensure product quality, the PP flow agent masterbatch should be kept ventilated and dry during storage and transportation, and avoid direct sunlight, rain and exposure. Its shelf life is 12 months. If you cannot use it up after opening the package, please seal it well to avoid cross contamination.
